For help, technical issues, privacy requests or feedback, use the contacts below.
Account and sign-in
You can use Chord8 as a guest, or sign in with Email, Apple or Google to sync your progress across devices. For login, email confirmation or password-reset issues, contact support and include the email used for your account.
Reset password
In the app, go to Profile → Settings → Reset password to receive a reset link by email.
Delete account
You can delete your account directly from the app:
- open Chord8;
- go to the Profile tab;
- tap the gear icon to open Settings;
- tap Delete account and confirm.
Subscription (Chord8 Pro)
Subscriptions are billed through your App Store account and renew automatically. You can manage or cancel them anytime in your device's Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
Notifications
The daily practice reminder is optional. You can turn it on or off in Settings, or disable notifications from your device settings.

Account e accesso
Puoi usare Chord8 da ospite, oppure accedere con Email, Apple o Google per sincronizzare i progressi tra i device. Per problemi di login, conferma email o reset password, scrivi al supporto indicando l'email usata per l'account.
Reset password
Nell'app vai su Profilo → Impostazioni → Reset password per ricevere il link di reset via email.
Eliminazione account
Puoi eliminare l'account direttamente dall'app:
- apri Chord8;
- vai nella tab Profilo;
- tocca l'ingranaggio per aprire le Impostazioni;
- tocca Elimina account e conferma.
Abbonamento (Chord8 Pro)
Gli abbonamenti sono addebitati tramite il tuo account App Store e si rinnovano automaticamente. Puoi gestirli o annullarli quando vuoi da Impostazioni → il tuo nome → Abbonamenti. Disinstallare l'app non annulla l'abbonamento.
Notifiche
Il promemoria giornaliero è facoltativo. Puoi attivarlo o disattivarlo nelle Impostazioni, o disabilitare le notifiche dalle impostazioni del dispositivo.
